UNT Economics ClubAt the UNT Economics club WE MEAN BUSINESS (and government and education)- to the real world, the world after graduation! We schedule guest speakers from wide ranging careers, who have used economics training as a springboard into professions both in economics and related fields. Listen and ask questions, hone your focus, find your strengths. Set goals before leaving college for where YOU want to go.
The UNT Economics club is a possible link to a first job. We are researching the creation of a resume book to be sent to employers (as another business club has successfully completed in the past).
The UNT Economics club is your chance to start with connections for life. In good times and bad, UNT Economics Alumni can offer advice and resume passing (a growing network to help you in the future).
The UNT Economics club is about friendships. As we enter our expansion this year, be part of the ideas. Add definite points to build your resume on how you helped this club- learn and exchange new ideas.
We are guided by our illustrious leader –
faculty member Dr. David Molina (put in some good stuff about him), and have active participation
from Dr. Steven Cobb –Chair for the Economics Department.
